1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Lollygem. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 16.

To access Lollygem's full features, you must create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for:

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free Trial: 7 days for new subscribers. If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee. Only one trial per Apple ID or Google account.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. Takes effect at end of current period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, game mechanics, questions, case studies, crossword puzzles, logos, and the Lollygem name, is owned by or licensed to Lollygem. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

Lollygem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance through the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
